How long is the shipping process?
Standard shipping and handling is 3-7 business days for most orders inside the U.S. For products that are on back-order please allow an extra 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.
Can I dye my tresses?
All of our tresses are 100% unprocessed virgin hair. Therefore tresses may be dyed, however we do recommend coloring to be done by a licensed stylist to ensure the preservation of the cuticle layer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards which includes: Visa, Master, and Discover for payment as well as paypal accounts.
