Say no to sulfates and surfactants

In order to maintain your bundles at its highest quality we suggest that you use shampoos and conditioners that are sulfate and surfactant free. These products strip the hair of its natural cuticle layer which causes tangling, shedding, and thinning.

Correct way to shampoo and cleanse

For pre-installed tresses, we recommend shampooing your hair while in the shower. Gently smooth the shampoo from the top of your head into a downward direction, while smoothing in the direction of the cuticle layer. DO NOT bend over a sink or tub. This is the key to maintaining your bundles! Shampooing from the bottom of your head to top will cause your tracks to tangle. Also use this shampoo method for loose bundles that are not installed.

Combing and Drying

Use a clean towel, lightly squeeze the excess water into the towel. Do not rub hair together this causes your bundles to frizz and tangle. Use a wide tooth comb and start from the bottom of the track and work your way up. If your bundles are already installed let your hair air dry completely, then style. If your bundles are loose allow your bundles to air dry by hanging them in an spacious area with the weft open.

Avoid extreme heat

When styling and applying heat to your tresses, we recommend keeping your flat irons and/or curling irons at 400 degrees or below. When your bundles are exposed to excess and extreme heat, this may fry the cuticle layer and cause them frizz and tangle.
